The layout of the home provides incredible ocean views from every room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms, ceiling fans, and balconies to enjoy the ocean views.

There is a mirador where you will enjoy amazing views of Hermosa Beach. A spiral staircase will take you to the way at the top. This could be a perfect romantic dinner for your loved one. Will you do it?

You can choose between taking a dip in the swimming pool or the sea, depending on your preference. In front of the sitting area, you will find a swimming pool with stunning ocean views.

There’s a private stairway that leads to the beach. Moreover, there is a shared ranch available for the homeowners at Hermosa Beach.

There are three living areas located throughout the home that provide excellent airflow, allowing for private relaxation and the enjoyment of the sounds of the waves.

The home has a walled private entrance and has its on-site (caretaker) and house staff.

Note: The house staff is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an added cost of 2 dollars per person per day. Just bring your own food and adult beverages and allow the house staff to make you amazing mouth-water meals.
