This newly constructed home is located just 2.5 blocks from the center of town and ½ block from the San Francisco Convent and Church. Casa Bella has all the amenities you would want from a vacation home plus great views of Granada from the third floor mirador.

Located on the ground floor of Casa Bella, you will find a comfortable living area with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. The dining area has a large table to seat six comfortably. Located in the center of the home is a beautiful swimming pool where you can cool down after a day of touring and shopping. There are several areas around the pool for sitting back and enjoying your down time. Also located on the ground floor is a spacious master bedroom and bath.

The bedroom has a king bed, full bath with shower, air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, full baths, air conditioning, ceiling fans and windows for natural light. There is plenty of closet and storage space in all the bedrooms.

The second floor offers several areas to rest and relax; the most popular being the large oversize hammock for two. There is a second TV area located on the second floor as well as a table for four to play cards or board games. If you are an artist, bring your paints along as there is an easel and some great views to inspire you!

One of the best features of Casa Bella Vista is the views from the third floor mirador. You can see Mombacho Volcano as well as the cathedral and several other churches. The breezes from the lake make this a great place to relax and enjoy a cold drink with friends and family.
