Apartamento Consulado is a beautiful efficiency style apartment just 1 block from the park on one of Granada’s most prestigious streets. If you are looking for a quiet location that is near everything, this is the place. Although small, there are a lot of amenities tucked inside this beautiful space.

Upon entering, you will notice the hand cut stone floors, beautiful hardwood pillars and cabinetry, the custom built staircase and the unique and comfortable furniture. There is a small kitchenette tucked away inside a beautiful wood cabinet that has everything you need to prepare light meals and snacks. The full bath offers beautiful stone and ceramic work as well as plenty of space for all your toiletries.

Upstairs, you will find a loft bedroom overlooking the living area. There is a comfortable queen bed, antique dressing table and night tables with lamps for reading. Although the apartment is not air conditioned, there is a ceiling fan and with the upstairs window open, the cool breezes will keep you quite comfortable.

**Electric cost is very high in Nicaragua (the highest in Central America) with the approximate cost per KW hour being U$0.50 cents.  GPS applies 10% of your daily or weekly rental rate towards the cost of electrical usage. Your meter will be read upon check-in and check-out and in the event you have exceeded the 10% allotted, any excess will be charged to your credit card. If the usage is within this established amount, your card will not be charged.
